The construction phase of every project is coordinated through our construction observation services to keep the project on schedule and deliver high quality projects to our clients. Huckabee has a team dedicated to full-time field observation. Our Field Observers are all seasoned construction industry veterans, who have the knowledge and authority to work with the contractor to see that questions are answered and the job stays on schedule. Included in our Construction Observation staff is a full-time office support team, a construction specialist dedicated to submittal coordination and prompt RFI response as well as a staff member dedicated to project close-out and warranty.

        Pay Applications are walked each month during the last formal project meeting of the month. We take a proposed application for payment and walk the job with the contractor and owner, noting any concerns or discrepancies. This application is corrected and submitted to our office for signature, then forwarded to the client for payment. With the construction industry at its current pace, we have found keeping contractors promptly paid for high quality work keeps the project on task.
