With 15 years of experience, she supports Principals in delivering exceptional service while mentoring architectural teams through every project phase. She is highly skilled at game planning and prioritization, helping teams think through execution strategies and proactively avoid challenges. Her ability to navigate consultant coordination and work relationships sets her apart, drawing from her background in electrical engineering and technology drafting.
