LaTonya excels in the business of architecture, building relationships and keeping projects on track and within budget, without sacrificing quality and creativity. She feels a responsibility to create spaces that enhance the human experience, delivering designs that are not only welcoming, but also built to last. LaTonya is passionate about leadership. As a certified leadership coach, she dedicates time to mentoring emerging professionals on how to position themselves to advance in their careers. Through servant leadership, LaTonya ensures that each of her team members has the resources and support they need to excel in their roles. She encourages her team to continually stretch and grow, enhancing their value to both clients and the firm. LaTonya actively engages with organizations that align with her passions. As a member of the National Black MBA Association, she champions diversity and inclusivity universally.
