As a construction observer, Mark will evaluate plans and specifications for constructability and review conformity with requirements, regulations, and construction standards. He will also play a key role in the field, conducting observations related to progress, quantity, and quality of work completed, reporting daily construction activities, and overseeing general conformity of the work.
