Ross Morgan

As a Project Architect, Ross is responsible for project drawings and specifications. He leads coordination with consultants and Huckabee’s internal design teams to produce robust and accurate documentation for owners. With over a decade of experience, he’s amassed a wide array of project experience, working on everything from education new builds and renovations to storm shelters, athletic facilities of all types, and sustainably designed structures. That variety translates to a wealth of expertise that benefits every project he touches. As a leader, Ross is observant and aware, which allows him to see and handle project challenges with calm. In all of his interactions, he demonstrates competency and an even-keeled nature, which keeps his team grounded and project stakeholders reassured. As a designer, Ross is interested in efficiency and believes function should drive form. He also believes deeply in the mission and function of educational facilities. He understands the future impact they represent for students and the communities where they live, and he also sees their increasing importance in the here and now, as places where the community can come together and strengthen their bonds.
